Stretch,Stay Loose,Golf Better

 Pre round preparation is very important and should include doing a few stretches to help get your muscles ready for the next four hours or more of golf. This does not mean that since you did your stretches pre round that you should not nor cannot do stretches anytime during game play. If you start to feel as though your body is getting a little tight, than it is a good time to stretch. Regardless if it is before you tee off on the first hole or you are coming up on the 18th hole, be sure to utilize some of these stretches to help you swing easier and to help in preventing injury. Three really good stretches to include are the Lower Back Twist, the Hip Flexor Release and the Hamstring Stretch. Also do not forget that if you want to improve your game instantly, get a wrist rite and see for yourself the improvement.
