How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped during the business day by Canada Post (Mail). Delivery depends on the Postal Service and the location being sent. Outside of Canada orders to USA, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery as packages must clear Canada Customs as well as Customs in your country.
Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Please note: Overseas and Abroad orders, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.

Can I have my package sent to me faster via Express Courier? (e.g. Fedex/UPS)
This is possible, however this is a "Special Order" with Additional Charges. Visit our Order Page and select your location under RUSH DELIVERY. Fees will automatically be applied.

What are my payment options?
We offer both direct credit card payment and Paypal Express. If you have a Paypal account, you may use it to check out or you can "check out" by entering your credit card information on our online secure server.
We can also take Visa and Mastercard by Phone or Fax Orders.

Paypal is the online leader in online SECURE payments. Through Paypal you can use major credit cards to make payment. You may also pay using a bank account (checking/savings). Paypal is our Merchant Payment Processing Solution.

We also have the option for payments via MONEY ORDER. To do this, visit the Order Page and print off the "ORDER FORM" (PDF - opens with FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader).
Locally, you can visit our Business Office and pay Cash in Person.

I have not received my package, is it on it's way?
If you live outside CANADA your package must pass through customs before being shipped to you. It may take up to 6 weeks to be delivered depending on the mail delivery and customs processing. PLEASE ALLOW 2-6 Weeks for Delivery. If you have not received your package by week 6, please contact us at the email below and we will be happy to assist you. We do not provide tracking numbers for items delivered by regular mail.

Is there a Money Back Guarrantee if I return the product?
Yes, there is a 30 day guarrantee. You may return the product at any time for a refund. Once returned, refund will be given. Please note, if the package is opened, the refund is subject to a $10.00 restocking fee. Refund is on the cost of the product which is $25. You will be responsible for mailing the product back. ONLY unopened packages will receive a full refund.
