John White was born in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. At the young age of 7 he began to learn and play golf and won his first tournament at age 12 where he shot 75 to win the Niagara District Bantam Championship at the beautiful Lookout Point Country Club in Fonthill, Ontario.
John turned Professional Golfer at the age of 19 and is a Class "A" Member of the Canadian Professional Golfers Association (C.P.G.A.).
John has competed on both the Canadian and Australian Tours. He has been named two times as Niagara Professional of the Year and is a 3 time member of the Ontario Team.
In 1993 John founded the Niagara District Junior Tour and was the 2004 Teacher of the Year for Juniors in Ontario. In 2006 he was named Sportsperson of the Year by the City of St. Catharines.
John currently works at Beechwood Golf and Country Club in Niagara Falls and is Resident Golf Pro for KIKO Products Inc.
